ULC Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

All memberships require the completion of a membership application form.

Membership is contingent upon adherence to gym rules and policies.

The gym reserves the right to terminate a membership if the member violates any gym policies.

2. Membership Fees and Payment

Membership fees must be paid in advance according to the selected membership type (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of membership until payment is made.

The gym may adjust membership fees with prior notice to members.

3. Gym Rules

Members must comply with all gym rules and regulations, including but not limited to proper attire, equipment use, and conduct.

No outside trainers are permitted without gym management's prior approval.

Members must use equipment safely and responsibly. Any damage to equipment may result in liability for repairs.

4. Health and Safety

Members are required to inform the gym staff of any pre-existing health conditions or injuries that could affect their ability to exercise.

Members must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by gym staff.

The gym is not responsible for any injuries that occur due to member negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

5. Use of Facilities

Gym facilities are for member use only and may not be used by non-members.

The gym may reserve the right to limit or restrict access to certain areas during peak hours or for special events.

Members must keep all personal belongings secure; the gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Membership cancellations must be requested in writing at least 30 days in advance.

Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of proven medical or emergency reasons.

7. Liability

Members acknowledge that they participate in activities at their own risk.

The gym is not responsible for injuries or damages sustained during activities.

Members agree to indemnify and hold the gym harmless from any claims arising out of their actions or negligence.

8. Amendments

The gym reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to members.

Continued use of the gym after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Agreement

By signing up for membership, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of membership without refund.
